Hello peeps,
As it is Wednesday I thought I would take part in WOYWW which, if you didn't know stands for 'whats on your work desk Wednesday', sooo you take a pic of your work desk and share it with lots of other 'nosey', I mean like minded people. Hop on over to Julia's blog  Stamping Ground  for more info.

I think my desk could be in competition with Julia's for the most boring title this week but at least it proves I am doing 'something' on it lol. I have had to get the old sewing machine out  today to selvage the bottoms of my daughters trousers before hand sewing the hems. Also on my desk are a pair of door curtains  that also need shortening, ready to take to the caravan at the weekend. The cup (my favourite) with the polystyrene ball in, is waiting to be transformed into a pin cushion after the handle mysteriously got broken by my daughter or hubby,  neither would fess up though. lol
You can also see my A5 stamp sets that I am sorting into wallets ready for storing in a lever arch file (anybody got any other ideas how to store them ?)  The Steam punk canvas I made my hubby for valentines, I will be giving it back soon, honest. You can see it better in my previous post if you're interested.
Hope you have a fabby WOYWW.

Happy Art Making
Hugs lottie

  1. I do admire people who can sew, I have always been rubbish at it! Your hubby's canvas is gorgeous - he will be glad to get it back I am sure. Have a good week xx #138

  2. I haven't room to get my machine out lately. I miss it. Isn't if frustrating to have Ida Know in your home. Little minx is forever breaking things. It's lovely that you can salvage your treasure.

  3. Have fun sewing
    Happy WOYWW

  4. Not boring but neat, even with a project on the go! Hope the salvaging goes well. Have a fab WOYWW, Deb # 161

  5. Hi Lottie,

There is no such thing as a boring craft desk! Can you glue the handle back on the cup or did someone try to get rid of the evidence?

    Thanks for visiting me already!
    Happy WOYWW

  8. Hi Lottie, I don't think your desk looks boring at all! I love the Steampunk canvas you made for your hubby, the colour is gorgeous and I love all the embellies on it - wow. I did not join in WOYWW this week but thank you for visiting me, much appreciated. Will watch out for you now. Hugs, Anne x

  12. I am always impressed by any sewing as I can't sew, I keep my stamps in plastic cd wallets, not cases cheap wallets mounted on card so I can flick through them in the box, if I remember I will show you next week. Tracy #72
