Hi Peeps, Well it's Wednesday again and I have just got back from
shopping so I thought I would show you what I bought.
These are for a new mini I am going to make. Love those little charms,
I want to crochet some flowers with the wool, and the feathers are
from my parrot Reggie, he's moulting so thought they might come in
for something one day lol.
Thought I would show you the pics of the envelope tag book I was
making on your last visit of WOWW.
Thanks for looking enjoy your day mooching round WOWW.

Love the tag book and all the wonderful things you have on your desk - thanks for sharing - Hazel, WOYWW #10 x
ReplyDeleteLove the tag book you have made, did you create it from scratch yourself or did you use a pattern? Sure do like it heaps, you have done a wonderful job and do you follow a pattern for your crochet flowers or make that up as you go along too. I am going to follow your blog from now on, love your work. Thanks for visiting my desk and yes i used a dye for the flowers, quite a few actually. The main dye for the roses is the Sizzix 3D flowers.

Hi Eliza, thanks for the lovely comments and becoming a follower. I followed a Youtube tutorial http://www.youtube.com/user/brooknrich?feature=watch called cute envelope mini.I made mine slightly different at the front and back and found I had to reinforce the spine and flaps as they seemed week, once I put the DP on. I think it would be a good idea to use good quality envelopes then maybe I wouldn't have had to do that.I did crochet 'many moons' ago lol but I found an easy tutorial also on Youtube and will let you know how I get on. I love making paper flowers and have just bought the Tim Holtz Tattered Florals Die :-)I loved your flowers so maybe that die will have to go on my neeeeed list !
DeleteHope you enjoyed your weekend, Take care.
